THE GOURMET RESTAURANT
L’Archipel restaurant overlooks the capital of Europe and welcomes diners with a menu comprising a selection of delicious dishes carefully prepared by chef Garry Baud. « We serve updated French cuisine made with simple premium seasonal ingredients from the local area. Dishes are made to show off their components, which are prepared in different ways over the year. The menu regularly changes to reflect this seasonality with different vegetables, cheeses, fish and meat available.” »
The restaurant menu includes carnaroli risotto with ceps and garden cress emulsion, sea bream fillet with beurre blanc and braised leeks. As you eat, you can enjoy the uninterrupted view of Strasbourg from our comfortable sky lounge. Sink into the soft blue booths overlooking the open rooftop, or head for the armchairs in the alcoves for a more intimate meal in a welcoming setting.
